“My Coworker Asked Why I Look 10 Years Younger”: What 675 Total Package Serum™ Buyers Actually Report
October 1, 2026
I spent an afternoon last week doing something I’d recommend to anyone who sells anything: I sat down and read my own customer reviews. Not the highlights. All of them.
I was looking for the wrinkle reports. What I found instead was something I didn’t expect, and it changed how I think about this product.
Almost nobody writes about wrinkles.
They write about being seen differently.
A coworker asking a question. A sister noticing. A skin analysis coming back with a number that didn’t match the birth certificate. That’s the actual subject of these reviews, and it’s worth taking seriously — because it is not a claim I could make from a lab bench. It only comes from the people living in the skin.
Total Package Serum™ is rated 4.7 out of 5, from 675 reviews on its product page. Below are the patterns I see in them — including the complaint I think is fair.
Three things reviewers keep saying
I’m not going to summarize these for you. I’d rather you heard it from the women themselves — typos and all. Every quote below is verbatim from a verified buyer. Everyone’s results will vary.
1Someone else notices firstThe most common shape of a five-star review isn’t “I saw a change.” It’s “somebody asked me.”
Denise Stone is 61 and had lived with forehead lines her whole adult life. What she wanted to tell us about wasn’t the lines.
“I’m 61 and I’ve always had lines on my forehead but they were worse and deeper as I got older. Now they are faint, like when I was 20 years younger… People besides me have noticed. My coworker asked my why I look 10 years younger, that made my day. My husband and my sister noticed. I was so self conscious about it, but it’s not wrinkly and sagging anymore.”
— Denise Stone, Verified Buyer
Read that again: “I was so self conscious about it.” That’s the part of aging skin nobody puts in an ad. It isn’t the wrinkle. It’s the low hum of self-consciousness that comes with it — and the relief when it lifts.
Francine Feldman describes the same arc, at 81.
“Dark Circles, wrinkles under the eyes, and around the mouth were showing prominently on my face. It was too much to accept… Finally, I found Total Package Serum and after 3-4 weeks my facial flaws weren’t as noticeable. Now, 6 months later, I’m looking even better. My husband and family are amazed at how youthful I look. I’m of Asian descent and will be 81 years old in June, I look at least 10 years or even younger!”
— Francine Feldman, Verified Buyer
Note her timeline honestly: three to four weeks before she saw anything worth mentioning, and six months before she wrote that review. Results may vary, and hers took patience.
2The number that doesn’t matchSeveral reviewers have been told an age that isn’t theirs — by a stranger, a friend, or a machine.
This is the review I’ve thought about most. Lorraine House is in her late seventies. She had a professional skin analysis done — not a compliment from a friend, a measurement.
“I have been using Total Package Serum for about 18 months and it’s amazing. I wish I had taken a photo before I started using it. I’m in my late 70’s and I had a “skin analysis” several months ago and the results were, that I have a “skin age” of 64, which I’m very happy about. Highly recommend this product!”
— Lorraine House, Verified Buyer
A woman in her late seventies with a measured skin age of 64. I want to be careful here, because I’m a physician and not a marketer: that is one woman’s result, from one analysis, after eighteen months of daily use. It is not a promise I can make to you. But it is the single most striking thing in six hundred and seventy-five reviews, and I’m not going to pretend it isn’t there.
Another customer, from our video testimonial reel, describes the same experience without the machine:
“The best serum I’ve ever used! It’s the best thing in 50 years of trying different products. Women are always asking what product I use on my face. I’m going to be 77 this year, and no one believes me.”
And this, from a reviewer who signs anonymously:
“I’ve been using Total Package Serum for about 2 years. I love the way it makes my skin feel, and how at 52 yrs old, everyone thinks I’m in my 30’s. I will continue to use this, and recommend to family and friends.”
— Anonymous, Verified Buyer
3It’s pleasant enough to keep usingUnglamorous, and the reason the first two themes exist at all.
The reviews that mention texture and feel are the ones I pay the closest clinical attention to. Not because feel is the point — but because a product you dislike applying is a product you will stop applying, and a serum you’ve stopped applying does nothing for anyone.
“I really love the way this has improved my fine lines and wrinkles… I have been using twice per day for about 2 months and my skin is noticeably smoother, fine lines have diminished, and overall feels very smooth. I love the smell of this and it feels so nice on my skin. I also like that a little goes a long way. I will continue using!”
— Barb Wright, Verified Buyer
“I have used this product for almost a year with great results. I am almost 70 years and it has smoothed out and firmed my skin.”
— Cate Forbing, Verified Buyer
And the shortest review on the page, which I like more than most of the long ones:
“I really like how it feels”
— Sharon Cole, Verified Buyer
Now the complaint — and it’s a fair one
A reviews post that only quotes the happy reviews isn’t a reviews post. It’s an advertisement wearing a costume. So here is the criticism that bothered me most, because it isn’t about the serum at all.
“I have found this serum to be a very good moisturizer. I would like to order again, but it seems you are forced into ordering via subscription which I do not want. Too bad I won’t be able to take advantage of an excellent product.”
— Anonymous, Verified Buyer
Read what happened there. This woman liked the product. She wanted more of it. And she walked away — not over results, not over cost, but because she believed she had no way to buy it without signing up for something recurring.
Let me answer that directly.
You are not forced into a subscription
Total Package Serum can be ordered as a one-time purchase. That option lives on the product page — you select it instead of the subscribe-and-save option before you check out. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel later.
I’m sorry that wasn’t obvious enough for her to find, and I’d rather say so plainly than let the review sit there unanswered. If a page is confusing enough that a satisfied customer gives up on reordering, that’s our failure, not hers.
The other honest thing: it is not fast
Look again at the timelines in the reviews above. Francine: “after 3-4 weeks my facial flaws weren’t as noticeable.” Barb: two months. Denise: six months. Cate: almost a year. Lorraine: eighteen months.
Not one of those women describes an overnight change, and I would be suspicious of the serum if they did. Skin is built, not painted. If you want something that changes your face by Friday, this is not that, and I’d rather you know it now than find out on day nine and quit. Results may vary.
What the reviewers who got the most out of it did differently
Three habits show up over and over in the strongest reviews.
- Twice a day. Barb Wright: “using twice per day.” Denise Stone: “every morning and night before I go to bed.” The women with the biggest changes are, almost without exception, the ones applying it morning and night.
- They kept going past the quiet stretch. Six months. A year. Eighteen months. Two years. These are not one-bottle reviews.
- They wished they’d taken a photo. Lorraine House opens her review with it: “I wish I had taken a photo before I started using it.”
That last one deserves a sentence of its own. You see your own face every morning, which makes gradual change nearly invisible to you — your coworker notices before you do. A before photo, taken the day the bottle arrives, is the only way to see what everyone else is seeing.
If you want the stage-by-stage version of what typically happens and when, I wrote that up separately in what happens to your skin in the first 30 days. This post is about what the buyers report; that one is about the schedule.
Why I keep reading them
I built Total Package Serum because I couldn’t find an all-in-one anti-aging product that met my standards — Argireline®, Matrixyl® 3000, Matrixyl® Synthe-6™, ultra-low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid and Stay-C® vitamin C, in one light serum, aimed at fine lines, sagging, dryness and dark spots at once.
But I didn’t design it to produce the sentence Denise Stone wrote. Nobody can formulate for “my coworker asked my why I look 10 years younger, that made my day.”
That’s the part I can only find out by reading, which is why I do. A 4.7 average across 675 reviews tells me the formula holds up. The reviews themselves tell me what it actually did for someone’s week.
And if it doesn’t do that for you — if you give it three months and see nothing worth writing about — our 1-Year Money-Back Purchase Protection means you have a full 365 days to tell us so and get your money back. I’d rather refund you than have you write a review like the one in the middle of this page.

When Should You Talk to a Doctor or Dermatologist?
Changes in skin are common, particularly as we get older. But certain changes deserve professional attention.
Speak with your healthcare provider or a dermatologist if you experience a new or rapidly changing mole or dark spot, a sore that doesn’t heal, persistent redness, pain or inflammation, or any unexplained change in your skin.
A medical professional can help determine whether an underlying health issue may be contributing to the change.
