How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are processed for shipping as quickly as possible and are estimated to be delivered within 5 business days, except on holidays or when the postal service is experiencing delays.

How much does shipping cost?

Great news! We offer free shipping on all orders within the US. For Canadian orders, there is a shipping fee of $14.50 and $10.00 to all other international countries.

How do I cancel an order?

Since we aim to get your package out the door as fast as we can, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. If it’s been more than 3 hours since you placed your order, or you’ve already received a "tracking number", it is likely too late to prevent your order from shipping. But don’t worry, we will always do everything we can to help you. What is your refund guarantee?

When Will I Receive My Refund?
