Question 1: "Why do I feel so bloated after meals? Is it due to sugar or swallowing too much air?"


There are many reasons why your stomach can blow up like a balloon after meals.

It’s true that swallowing air when eating, carbonated drinks, and eating too much sugar are all factors.

But there’s another cause that affects as many as 33 million Americans.

This cause is an imbalance in your gut bacteria.

See, your gut is home to trillions of bacteria, both good and bad. 

And these bacteria play a key role in breaking up food so it can be digested and turned into nutrients.

But when you eat a diet high in processed foods… packed with sugars, carbs, and artificial ingredients… it causes the number of unhealthy, bad bacteria to EXPLODE.

This imbalance - where you have more bad than good bacteria - then means you can’t digest food properly… leading to gas, cramps, bloating, and other digestive issues.
